📄 Terms of use

Free to use

Our sites are free. You can use them without an account; signing in lets you keep your lists on all your devices and share them with your family.

Your content is yours

Everything you put in – your lists, pages, notes and photos – belongs to you. You let us store and show it to you (and the people you share with) so the sites can work. Please don't put anything in that you don't have the right to use.

Please use them kindly

• Don't try to break, overload or get into parts of the sites that aren't yours.
• Don't use them for anything illegal or harmful.
• If you share a list with a link, anyone with that link can see it – share carefully.

Information, not advice

Our learning content, recipes, nutrition notes, film checks and lists are general information to help families. They aren't medical, educational, legal or professional advice – check anything important with a professional. Follow your school's own instructions over ours.

Our content

The games, questions, stories, recipes, lists and design on these sites were made by Handy Little Tools and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to use them with your family and share links to them; please don't copy them onto other websites or sell them.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites (school apps, recipes, videos). We're not responsible for what's on them.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the sites running and correct, but we provide them as they are and can't promise they'll always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the sites. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may improve, change or stop parts of the sites, and update these terms – the date at the top shows the latest version.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
